The JW Fitness workout plan provides you with a detailed 3-month roadmap that guides you through exercises tailored to your goals, physical capabilities, and environment. You'll meet with a JW Fitness trainer for a baseline consultation at the onset of your Fitness Plan, which will then be used to generate an effective and personalized workout plan. Our experienced staff can write workout plans for anyone, regardless of your fitness goals, access to gym equipment, or potential disabilities.

What this includes:

  • Personalized 90-day workout plan baselined from your:

    • Fitness goals​

    • Physical capabilities and health

    • Schedule and equipment access constraints

  • Updates every three months to accommodate for progress/changes and avoid plateaus​
