When it comes to nutrition, one size never fits all, which is why there isn't just one standard Meal Plan we sell to everyone. After meeting with a JW Fitness trainer, we'll ensure to build a meal plan that's structured around your life and physiological characteristics, while improving the efficiency of your exercise. This means we'll provide options that are not only optimal for your health and metabolism, but also for your wallet, schedule, and taste. 

What this includes:

  • Personalized 90-day meal plan​ baselined from your:

    • Fitness goals

    • Calculated Basal Metabolic Rate​

    • Personal tastes/preferences

    • Health, financial, and schedule limitations

  • Updates every three months to accommodate for progress/changes and avoid plateaus​
