JWFitness sets out to empower people of all walks of life with the flexibility and efficacy of a personalized fitness plan. We seek to exploit and build upon your naturally existing discipline and physiological characteristics to seamlessly integrate fitness into your lifestyle for the long-run. We don't rely on espoused fad diets and workout plans that historically fail from short-sightedness, but rather develop a long-term plan to make a healthy lifestyle feel effortless and enduring.

Jackson Wooldridge
Founder and Personal Trainer, ISSA
My passion is fitness. I grew up with an active lifestyle, participating in cross country, wrestling, track and field, soccer, and power lifting. I've continued to pursue this passion professionally, obtaining my ISSA Personal Training Certificate, managing an Orangetheory Fitness franchise, and building a successful base of personal training clientele.
While managing an Orangetheory Fitness franchise and talking one-on-one with 500+ clients, I learned about the increasing challenges of pairing fitness with a busy life of work, school, family, and everything else the world throws at us. This is the inspiration behind JW Fitness, as I hope to personally circumvent these challenges for every-day people and make fitness a convenience for everyone.

Eddy
November 2020
Eddy began a JW Fitness Premium Plan in the fall of 2020, bundling all three of our services (1-1 consulting, workout, and meal plans). He set out to increase muscle mass, shed some stubborn body fat, and increase his 1RMs on bench and squat. As Eddy is an avid rock-climber, his JW Fitness trainer tailored the plans to his existing rock climbing routine, which allowed him to seamlessly achieve all three of his goals and then some without compromising his interest in rock climbing. Eddy has been on the Premium Plan for almost 2 years and is still going strong.

April 2021
Kate signed up for a JW Fitness Standard Plan in the spring of 2021, bundling the meal and workout plans in an effort to lose some weight and tone her midsection and legs, while generally improving her cardiovascular endurance and feeling more energized. As Kate is a full time student and works two jobs, her JW Fitness trainer worked around her busy schedule to conveniently squeeze in 5 workouts a week and an effective meal plan that helped her blow past her fitness goals.
